Chicken is a food collected by killing chickens. Each piece of raw chicken restores 2 hunger chops (4 hunger points) on the PC and X-Box, and 2 hearts (4 hit points) on the Pocket and Pi Editions. On the PC and X-Box, Raw Chicken has a 30% chance to give food poisoning. This can be avoided by cooking raw chicken in a furnace.
