A Furnace is a block that you need, as you have to smelt some blocks to survive in Minecraft. Smelting is done by putting the item you want to smelt in the top slot, and put the fuel in the bottom slot. On the slot on the right is the output, where the smelted item goes

Furnaces are used for smelting items. Items that can be smelted are:
Raw [Porkchop, Beef, Chicken, Fish]

Usage[]
Furnaces are used by right clicking, and opens the Furnace Menu. The top slot is the input, where you put in the block/item you want to cook. The bottom slot is the output, where the fuel goes. The fuel can be efficiently used by using: Coal, Wooden Planks or Sticks. Coal lasts 80 seconds (8 items), Wood Planks lasts 15 seconds (1.5 items) and Sticks last 5 seconds (0.5 items).
